To return your item, please email us at support@cubitas.com for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund. Upon which we'll reply with the RMA# within 48 hours. Please pack return item in the original packaging and include a copy of your Invoice/Packing Slip with the RMA# hand-written on the copy.
